We were looking for a place for a few years. Blair was extremely patient while we looked. It came to go time and we would look at places specifically a larger house. Blair set us up to keep us up to date with what we were looking for. It is a sellers market and things were going quick, when things came up we had to get in and look and offer. We were getting discouraged as we were making offers and the places were going into multiple’s and we were not getting anywhere. I remember the day just like it was yesterday I am on a plane and get a text from Blair to say “take a look” at this one.

By the time I landed in the afternoon Blair had a viewing set up and we had an offer in. By 7 o’clock that night our offer was accepted!
